We're sorry to hear this style hasn't felt as comfortable as you were expecting Cecilia.

The MBT Recovery Sandal is designed with a contoured footbed and built-in arch support to provide stability and help promote natural alignment. Because of this supportive construction, some customers find the footbed feels firmer than a traditional soft sandal when they first begin wearing it.

With regular wear, the footbed will gradually soften and adapt to your foot, while continuing to provide the support it was designed for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate that comfort is very personal, and your comments are valuable to both our team and future customers.

We're sorry to hear that this style wasn't the right fit for you.

We understand that footwear comfort is very personal and styles with a chunkier sole profile can feel quite different depending on individual preferences and what customers are accustomed to wearing. This particular style is also crafted using full grain leather, which can add some weight to the shoe. This is part of the premium construction and works alongside the comfort and support features built into the outsole.

We're disappointed to hear that this pair did not meet your expectations and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback as it helps both our team and future customers.

Thank you again for your review June.
