Thank you for visiting our website. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to the Fine Print below, which, among other things, defines the terms of use of this website, along with our refund and exchange policy.

Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

We’ve got you. All orders placed between 2 December 2025 and 24 December 2025 are eligible for return or exchange until 31 January 2026, giving you plenty of time to sort out sizing surprises or gift-giving flops.

Please note: All items are still subject to our standard return and exchange policy, including condition requirements and exclusions.

Return Policy

We accept returns for all online purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging inside a parcel bag. Please avoid attaching the return label directly to the shoebox; a $15 packaging fee will be deducted from refunds if this guideline is not followed.

If you wish to return your MBT purchase it must be in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Return for refund or exchange is available and the return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. You can however purchase Free Returns Coverage at the checkout for $1.98. Please use our Returns Portal: https://mbt.net.au/apps/redo/returns-portal/login to initiate your return.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s)* in your order for a refund, exchange or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

*This does not apply for sale, final sale, and special sale items. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Any refunds will be processed onto the original payment method. Please note some financial institutions may take up to 5 business days to process payment. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mbt@edmocorp.com.

Orders to New Zealand over $1000

Customers may be subject to duties and taxes for international orders over $1000NZ.

Terms & Conditions – Win a Free MBT Modena Newsletter Sign-Up Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to individuals who sign up for the MBT email newsletter during the relevant entry period.
   Employees of MBT and Edmocorp and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Prize
   • One (1) winner will receive a MBT Modena of their choice, valued at up to $150 AUD RRP.
   • The prize is subject to availability.
   • The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
   • MBT reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value (up to the $150 cap) if the advertised product is unavailable.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
   • One winner will be chosen at random in the first week of every month from eligible entries received during the previous month.
   • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of sign-up.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected at Bstore’s discretion.
4. General Conditions
   • Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   • Bstore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
   • Decisions made by Bstore regarding all aspects of the giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

     Bstore Father’s Day Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

     1. Promoter: The promoter is Edmocorp. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
     2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
     3. Competition Period: The competition opens on the date of posting and closes on the last day of every month at 11:59pm AWST. The winner will be drawn and announced on by the 5th of the following month.
     4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

MBT reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. MBT may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) MBT's suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) An event beyond MBT's control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike, or failure of computer systems, means that MBT is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the MBT website or advertising material, for example, in relation to a description, price, or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted.
